Long pin stub adapter for Hitachi M4 with support rim for SEM stubs and SEM holders with M4 thread. Pin is standard 3.2mm diameter and 20mm long. The support rim has a 9mm diameter to give extra stability. Overall size is Ø9x26mm. Fits Agilent 8500 and Keysight 8500B table-top FE-SEM. Can be used on Amray SEMs too and where extra height is needed over a standard 9.5mm long pin. Machined from vacuum grade
