The SHR300 is based on BudgetSensors' well established Tap300GB-G AFM probe and it is suitable for high resolution high frequency non-contact / tapping mode operation.
The AFM probe features an overall gold coating. The carbon spike remains uncoated.
With its industry standard dimensions of 3.4 x 1.6 x 0.3 mm the holder chip fits most commercial AFM systems.
